They first met in High School and reconnected years later when Jacob was back in town and asked Kelsey out to Lunch. Jacob planned a fun proposal which included a walk down the beach where they happened upon a picnic blanket complete with 2 dozen roses and a champagne toast! Congratulations Jacob & Kelsey!
