Brian planned a surprise filled proposal for Carmel that she will never forget. After a knee drop on the beach, a few tears and a YES!… there was more; Surprise number 2! by the way there is a photographer 😉 After 1 or 2 high fives… and ending the photo session with a nice romantic view, Surprise number 3!
