While channel surfing, I landed on the food network with Giada De Laurentiis in Santorini. Of course I had to order her cookbook ‘everyday italian’ ! I’ll post later any success I may have with these easy to follow, time consuming-to-shop-for-ingredients recipes.
I am also reading “Let them Eat Cake” by Pamela M. Danziger. Sounds like another cookbook but it is on marketing luxury products and services. Good info so far.
I spent Sunday afternoon at Ed Pierce’s seminar on lighting. It’s always good to get back to basics for review and learn some new tips on location and studio lighting. The above photo from last month’s shoot I had my assistant use a 4’x6′ California Sunbounce reflector which should have been held up higher based on the catchlight in the eyes and shadow.
