Chuck planned his surprise proposal to Alice for their beach vacation getaway from Boston. The good Doctors met in Med School, and have always enjoyed the beach in Del Mar when visiting. Nick planned a surprise marriage proposal for Amber which involved a short hike along La Jolla Cove before going out to dinner.
