On vacation from Pennsylvania, to celebrate Joe’s upcoming residency graduation was the perfect opportunity to plan a surprise proposal! Joe first met Paulina when she was working at his dentist’s office.  Taken by her amazing smile, they became fast Facebook friends. Eventually, they went on a first date where Joe almost kissed her goodnight! Does a pec on the cheek count?
