Lisa & Shane’s wedding | Karl Strauss Brewery Gardens | July 3

Lot’s of laughs at Lisa and Shane’s wedding this past Saturday at Karl Strauss Brewery Gardens. Some unique wedding vows that included to the effect of “standing by your man in the good times and bad, football season, baseball season, hockey season  some restrictions apply, see your dealer for details!”

I try to be a “fly on the wall” while shooting most of the day, especially during the ceremony however Kate the flower girl was hesitant to walk down the aisle until she saw the camera, she ran towards me, posed and then wanted to see her picture on the camera back! I obliged and sent her on her way 🙂

Shane and his brother enjoy having their pictures taken about as much as I  like being photographed…not so much! The shots when they are “not ready” for the picture are some of the more revealing images of the day.

Chelsea & Raymond’s wedding | Rancho Bernardo | June 19

Chelsea and Ray recently celebrated their 5 year anniversary together. Ray proposed to Chelsea at her house with a Mariachis band in tow. The mariachis also made their appearance for the wedding ceremony.

Sarah & Steven’s wedding | Japanese Friendship Garden | June 12

High School sweethearts tie the knot finally after 9 years! Both families were very excited for Sarah and Steven! The Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa park made for a beautiful venue with the Koi pond adjacent to the ceremony and the reception decorated with Sarah’s accent colors, Tiffany teal and white.

I had the pleasure of working again with DJ David Cutler of Hit it music productions who kept the party going well into the night.

Chi Omega UCSD | Class of 2010 | graduation

My friend/Birthday buddy Stephanie, Facebooked me about doing a shoot with a “few girlfriends” down at the beach for graduation. Thanks to Gretchen for helping coordinate everyone, it was a fun shoot!
